• Purposes of Processing: Management of shareholder personal data to facilitate communications regarding General Meeting notices.

• Legal Basis: The legal relationship subsisting between you and the Company as a shareholder.

• Data Recipients: We do not transfer your personal data to third parties except when there is a legal obligation to do so. FÁBREGA engages certain service providers who, as external collaborators, assist us or provide technological and systems support and who may occasionally access personal data, but they are always subject to a Data Processing Agreement.
• No international transfers of your personal data take place.
• Data Retention: We will only retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and until any legal actions arising from the relationship for which it was collected have become time barred.
